How to get here

You can reach the university in Alteburgstrasse 150 by taking the number 4 or 8 bus or by car.

The bus stop "Listplatz" is located directly in front of the main station (opposite the main entrance). From there, take bus line 4 and 8 in the direction "Hohbuch" and exit at the bus stop "Hochschulen" (universities), which brings you directly to campus.

Here you can find further information on the Naldo timetable and a Reutlingen city map.

The Expresso Bus (X3) from Stuttgart Airport to Reutlingen runs once an hour. At the bus stop "Unter den Linden" in Reutlingen, change to line 4, which will take you directly to the bus stop "Hochschulen".

Take the A8 motorway and exit at "Stuttgart-Möhringen /-Degerloch". Then, continue on the B27 in the direction of Reutlingen.

Take the A 81 motorway to the "Herrenberg" exit and continue on the B28 towards "Tübingen-Reutlingen".

Parking

You can reach the university car park via Alteburgstraße (48°28'48.0 "N 9°11'11.9 "E). There are around 750 parking spaces for students, staff, and guests. You will find further parking spaces at the stadium "Kreuzeiche"  and the "Markwasen" swimming pool, both of which are easily accessible on foot. Please make sure to keep access roads and escape routes clear.

E-charging points

Parkraumgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg mbh (PBW) operates eight 22kW charging points with a maximum total output of 110 kW at the university car park (48°28'48.0 "N 9°11'11.9 "E) on Alteburgstraße. The charging station was built as part of the GELaZ research project of the Reutlingen Energy Centre and is now also open to the public.

E-charging points

Since 29 April 2022, it is possible to charge spontaneously at the charging stations (so-called ad hoc charging) without signing a contract, using a specific charging card or similar via the Giro-e procedure, i.e. only using a Giro card. To do this, simply hold the Giro card up to the charging station reader below the display and follow the instructions on the display.
